Could you share more details, like which version of Lightroom Mobile and operating system you're using? Does this issue happen with all photos? If you haven't already, please try updating the app. Another option is to uninstall and reinstall it, but keep in mind that if you don't have a paid subscription, your data might be lost when uninstalling.
