Masking tool not working

Question

Masking feature is not working properly- whenever I am trying for the option to detect the subject, it is running into some unknown problem, and the masking option is not helping. I have tried with reopening the app, restarting the PC, but nothing helped.

Can you send your system info, a screen recording of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps needed to replicate it?
