Membership denied

Hello! I logged into LR and the upgraded tools say I need a membership (which I pay for monthly) when I click renew it says unable to complete purchase. I tried Canceling the membership then reinstating and still nothing. I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling and now I'm no longer allowed to copy my presets. Anyone else having these problems since the update? Any advice?
