Hi @antónio_8779, Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the community! While Lightroom's AI masking is powerful, it's not perfect. It can struggle with things like Low Contrast, Complex Edges, and Similar Colors/Textures. Having said that, we still need more information to find out what might be causing the issue.

Please share your system configuration from Help> System Info> Copy and paste it into a text file and attach it to your response. Also, please explain your workflow in detail and what type of image you're applying the masks to. Please share a screen recording or step-by-step screenshots of the masking process and its results, if possible. You can share via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another public file-sharing platform with your response.
