Message there is not enough space in local storage

I use Adobe photoshop Lightroom, Japanese version.

when I try to add some photos, i received a message "there is not enough space in the local storage, please either add more space or change setting". there are actually almost 1TB space where i specified to save photos in local.

Does anybody can help me what setting i need to change?

the local storage i use is Apple Time capsule 2TB.

another think i feel strage is, i have only 37GB in the cloud strage, but in the local the file size is exactly same.  i understand i have only original file in the cloud and only cache in the local?
