Metadata not updating

Question

When I use Super Resolution (from 4000 px to 8000 px) and then delete the version, Lightroom still shows the wrong resolution (8000 px). Closing the app does not help. Metadata sync is finished.

Could you share a few more details about what’s happening, including the version of Lightroom you’re using? A screenshot or a quick screen recording would really help us understand the issue better. In your sync status, do you see any files still syncing?
As a first quick check, try signing in to Lightroom Web and look for a Sync Issues folder. If you see one, try clearing it and then test your super resolution edits again.
