Meu efeito premium não pega

Pago o premium pra usar todos os recursos do app, mas de um mês pra cá não estão funcionando! Exemplo: o retoque no rosto! Não funciona. A mensagem que aparece é que não tem área pra retocar.

Hey, @Thais Araújo. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've checked your account for the community and found an active Lightroom subscription in the iOS App Store.

Please make sure you're signed in with the same email account as the Community. If it does not work, the respective app store manages subscriptions. If you've already been charged, you can contact their support channels.
