Hey, ​@Thaise Burity. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed your account for the community and found an active subscription for Lightroom mobile. I’ve moved your post from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom Ecosystem. 

If you have a desktop machine, check if the features work as expected on Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com), on Lightroom Web, make sure your images and existing edits are synced up to the cloud. 

In Lightroom mobile, make sure you’re signed in with the same account used for the Community (here). If you’re not signed in with the same account, please back up your existing images by exporting as DNG and importing them back once you’re logged in to Lightroom again with the right account.

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.
