So I just received my new Surface Laptop, Copilot+ PC - 15 inch, Snapdragon® X Elite (12 Core), Black, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD top of the line device and I installed Lightroom CC for arm all works well except the AI Denoise feature runs extremely slow... Any ideas on what to check?

Surface Laptop 7, 13.8-inch.

Lightroom ARM works great, except Denoise is extremely slow. According to mask manager the GPU is pretty much at 100% the entire time. Possible it's a driver issue? Qualcomm is doing a lot of work to optimize their graphics drivers, and per Tom Warren, there's a big driver update in the works.

Yesterday I also got an Snapdragon X Elite notebook. Performance is great, no complains here. But as you said the AI denoising is extremly slow. I checked in the task manager, and it only uses the gpu. I assume it should be using the npu, but Adobe didn't optimize Lightroom enough yet for it to be using the npu.

Thats my guess.

To be honest, thats a pretty whack move from Adobe, to not support it when those notebooks are already released. I get it the notebooks are new and I also could have waited a few weeks or months. But since Lightroom is running on those arm machines out of the box and do not need to be translated from prism, you should expect it to work.
