Migrating Lightroom Classic Catalog Problem

I tried to migrate a my catalog in Lightroom Classic v.10 to Lightroom and I went through the steps and no pictures migrated.  So I deleted the new catalog in Lightroom and thought I would try again.  Unfortunately now it tells me that that catalog could only be migrated once.  Not sure what to do now.

I have about 8,000 photos in about different folders/collections that I want to migrate.  Any help on how I should proceed would be appreciated.
