Migrating multiple Aperture libraries to Lightroom

Is there any benefit or problem in migrating several smaller Aperture libraries into Lightroom as opposed to migrating just the one larger Aperture library?

Not really. The only advantage could be if something goes wrong, but importing multiple libraries will (theoretically) also increase the chance that one of the imports fails.
