Migration depuis compte cloturé

Bonjour,

You can either use the Lightroom Downloader Tool to export everything to your hard drive and reimport everything into your new account, or alternatively use the shared album and contribute route, which hopefully should work I presume if you still have access.....

you could try this....

  • Create Album on new account.
  • Enable Sharing for that Album.
  • Invite email associated to your old account.
  • Ensure you give the old account Can Contribute rights.
  • Accept invite associated with old account and sign in to old account.
  • Add Photos to Album shared from new account.

This will transfer photos over including edits without having to export the photos.

You could transfer all photos to that Album and sort them from there, however it maybe easier to mirror your Albums in the new account and share each one (although you will have to accept an email for each album).

Selondon, you are the man !

The solution with the shared album was the best !
I have everything with all settings now.

It wasn't very tidy anyway so it's a good opportunity for me to get some order.

Just to check, are you using the Cloud Based Lightroom? What is the exact version number (go to Help - System Info)?

Also, how long has the account be inactive for? Have you tried to login to see if you have access?

Selondon, answer with my other account.

Yes I'm talking about cloud based lightroom for both account.
Version Lightroom : 5.5 x64 [ 20220803-1612-16f3c2a ]

It's been inactive for at least 3 months, I have access to it with all the pictures on it but impossible to export them with original and all the settings.
