Migration Failed due to loss of Power - now grayed out

Need migration help from Lightroom 6 to CC.  I started migrating library and then lost power.  Now when I try again migration is grayed out.  How can I get Lightroom to accept migration again ?

You can only migrate a catalog once, that is why it is greyed out when you try again. Rename the Lightroom catalog and it should work.
