Migration of an old Lightroom catalogue (5.7.1) in the current Version Lightroom 5?

Dear users, how can I migrate an old Lightroom catalogue (5.7.1-mac) in the current Version Lightroom 5 (Mac)?

Do you really want to migrate to the Cloud version of Lightroom?

Or do you want to simply upgade v5.7 to v11.?

COMPARE LR & LR-CLASSIC (Lr Queen)

This can be done by updating your Lightroom 5.7.1 to the current version of Lightroom Classic (You can run this in trial mode if necessary).  This will copy and update your catalog. 

 

Once you have the updated catalog in your hands you can use the Migration assistance in Lightroom Desktop 5.0 to pull in your catalog. 
File>Migrate From…>Lightroom Classic Catalog…
