Minimum system requirement for LR (not classic) 2024

Hi I am thinking of ourchasing LR (not classic) and I am geting cinlicting advice about the Minimum system requirements (not from Adobe Commuity).  a le[topI have been told various things like I need at least  2GHZ processor, I can get away with smaller etc etc. I dont have a greatbudget to spend on my new laptop, neither do I know much about all this tech jargon. I would dearly like some advice on the system size I need and any suggestions where is a good place in the UK to purshase a laptop for a reasoanble price,  Thank you in anticipation
