Missing Files

I logged into my cloud account and all but two photos are missing - over 30,000 in total!  The two still showing were the last two added to the account. 

 

I found an Adobe article "Where Can I Fnd my Missing Files" and tried 1) the Creative Clound file on my Mac, 2) MyAssets online, 3) Deleted section for Creative Cloud.  I also tried accessing the account from my iPad app and quiting/restarting my account.  

 

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Please go to Help>System Info… and provide us the exact installed version number of your software.

We've reviewed your account and haven't found any recent activity - at least over the last couple of months. Has it been longer than 60 days since you've used this account?  When was the last time you could see the 30 K Photos? Is it possible you have/use more than one account?
