Missing images after logging out and logging in

Minha conta tinha deslogado e loguei de novo só que as minhas fotos edições predifinoes eu perdi tudo só que aí loguei na conta de novo e e apareceu só que que agora não está aparecendo mais alguém sabe oque é preciso de ajuda não quero perder minhas edições tenho mais de 3000 edições

What is the software you are using for your edits?

What type of account do you have? Individual? Teams? Enterprise?

If you were using Creative Cloud file sync, please not that file sync has been depreciated, but you should still find all your data locally on your disk.
