Missing photos and unable to import photos from PC

Sorry that images are missing in Lightroom on your computer and you cannot import new images on your computer.

Which version of Lightroom are you using and on which OS? Lightroom Classic or Lightroom Desktop?

Are you getting any error message or warning while importing images and how many images are missing from Lightroom?

Would you mind checking the steps to recover missing images in Lightroom and let us know if that helps?

Also, where exactly are you trying to import images from? Where are you importing the images from? (like camera card, external hard drive) Also, what type of images are you importing? (Jpeg, DNG, Raw)
