Mobile Albums Syncing

I spent an entire day going through my mobile images on my iPad.
I created an "Album" with the best images I want to keep and edit further, but the Album is empty on my other devices (Mac or iPhone)
All syncs are turned on and running, and it even shows a message everything is synced and backed up.
What am I missing?

Can you see the Photos and the Album on the other devices, but the Photos are just not in the Album?

What can you see if you log in at http://lightroom.adobe.com/?

After nothing showed and before I posted this, I shared the album to my email I can see the pictures in my "Shared Album" but if I add another picture from the iPad it doesn't show/update/sync .. so I guess the trick I did with sharing is valid only once, and anyway I don't think this is the way it should work
