Mobile and Desktop Premium subscription

If I buy Lightroom on Android, will the paid version on iOS and MacOS be available to me? Or should it be bought separately?

It's the opposite way round. 

The mobile plan is only for mobile and has 100GB of storage I believe. I'm not sure if it syncs between different mobiles platforms, but I assume so. 

 

The Lightroom Plan is normally double the price, has 1TB of Storage and syncs across Mac, Windows, mobile devices and Lightroom Web. This can be purchased via Mac App Store and direct from Adobe.
