Mobile app crash on images selection

Issue:App crash 

 

Lightroom Version Number: 8.1.2

OS Version Number: 13

Phone model: SM-S911B/DS

 

Steps to reproduce:

 

Open app

Select add image button

 

Expected result: List of images opens and i can select some

Actual result: crash/infinite load screen

 

 Diffrent app versions same resoult.

I'll need more info about this to help you figure this out. Have you installed Lightroom from the PlayStore or the Samsung Galaxy Store?

 

We've released Lightroom mobile 8.2 recently. Check this: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-ecosystem-cloud-based-discussions/lightroom-6-2-amp-lightroom-mobile-8-2-are-now-available/td-p/13577149 
Please confirm if you're on the latest version of Lightroom.

As a test, wait for Lightroom to complete any pending sync activity at launch & then use Lightroom.

Or, keep the device in Flight Mode & try using Lightroom.
