Mobile is not posting to cloud, LR, LRC and LR Cloud all with different sync stats

I am signed into the same Creative Cloud account in all apps:

  1. LRC says it is synced with 8.2 GB of online storage used.
  2. LR  - the last photo here was taken in December of '22. Up until then, any photos taken wiht LR mobile synced seamlessly with LR on my laptop.
  3. CC Web says I have no synced files, despite showing 8.2 GB used
  4. LR Mobile - here's where it all really falls apart. LR Mobile (Android) as installed on my Pixel 4a has no camera function and does not seem to be syncing to the cloud - nor does it give me any option to do so, despite, again, being logged into my same account. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, but still no camera and no syncing. The one thing that seems to have changed is that my Pixel's native camera app shots show up in LR Mobile for editing automatically. So I don't know if LRM is syncing with Google Photos somehow and so cannot sync with Adobe Cloud? Not sure where such a setting would even be.

Update. Figured out how to transfer the raw files via USB cable  from Pixel to Mac, and so now I can uninstall LR Mobile and LR, as they are no longer needed.

Highly recommend.
