Mobile Lightroom storage & library

Hello,

My Lightroom mobile app got blocked and got a message failed to load development version all the time. I uninstalled it and reinstalled again and now I have almost full storage but the library is empty. How can I move the storage to my library so that I have my presents and edited pictures back and I can continue on working? Under Manage Storage option - there is nothing.

I also can't seem to log in to the online storage for mobile.
