Mobile presets missing after updating the Lightroom mobile free version

Hi, I believe I upgraded my lightroom mobile app and now all my many presets have disappeared. My photos are still there but the presets are gone. I have the free version. Please help!

Hi there,

 

Sorry that your Lightroom mobile presets are missing from the Lightroom mobile app. 

 

Please note that free use accounts do not sync anything to cloud storage and rely on local storage only.  Still, even after an app crash, all your existing photos and presets should still be there.  However, if you reinstalled the app, or install and sign in on another device, your photos and presets will not exist because they were not synced to cloud storage.

Hi, 

My pictures are still there. Just not the presets. I have an android. Is there any way to recover my presets on my android?

Ok, I resolved the issue by selecting presets and selecting the drop down color and then user presets. Very simple, i guess it reset itself after the update.
