Mobile version problem

Hi, my name is Ingrid Gerstner. I would like to ask about some functions that my mobile is not able to develop... If someone uploads presets to download from google drive, everybody can open them on lightroom, but in my case, I only have the option to open it on my phone gallery.,... is it something wrong with my phone?
