Meu programa não permite abrir as fotos no modo revelacao. Sempre que aciono essa aba, o sistema apresenta uma caixa para reportar erro, e fecha automaticamente. O que pode está acontecendo? Uso o programa há anos e isso nunca aconteceu

Lightoom Classic 9.1 & Lightroom 3.1 do not require a serial number. They are licenced by subscription.

Only older versions of Lightroom – version 6 & earlier require a serial number.

Quando tento atualizar meu produto na Adobe Account me pede um número de série.
Mas sim, como faço para conseguir realizar as edições das imagens, já que o modo revelação não funciona? Ele fecha apresentando a mensagem de erro que mandei em anexo no e-mail anterior. Preciso da ajuda de vocês.

I’m a little confused because Lr 3.1 does not have a develop module. It has an edit panel of tools. Only Lightroom Classic has a develop module. Is your subscription up to date? You can check by going to:

In the tab my account asks for a serial number that I did not receive when I requested the account.
I have both versions installed on my computer. Classic does not work like version 3.1.
This whole problem started after an update on my computer. After that I couldn't open the revelation tab anymore.
I am currently using Creative Cloud to update the Classic version, but I already say that it is also having the same problem.

On mobile I can use the mobile version in a good way, the problem is when I try to make the edits through my computer. The system always prevents informing the message I passed via print to you.
