Motion Blur

Hi everyone. Recently picked up a 70-200 2.8 and its been looking good except for this. I've been seeing some motion blur even at 1/2000 shutter speed. Not sure why. Does anybody know what could be happening?

I don't think that is motion blur, but rather out of focus blur.
