I moved my lightroom library (Lightroom Library.lrlibrary) to a different folder by accident while moving files and now I can't get the photos to show back up. It's 413.37 GB so I think the files are still there I just can't access them. Did I just lose all of those photos?

You shouldn't lose all your photos as they will be on then Cloud (if they indeed synced there).

Plus, it's a folder that if you delete that will rebuild from the Cloud, except any photos that hasn't synced up.

Have you tried searching for it ans dragging it back to the Pictures folder (which I believe is where it normally lives?)
