Moving catalog to new account and new computer

I have been using my company's enterprise account and computer for Lightroom CC, but I am now leaving the company. I created a new personal CC account on my new computer and copied the library file over from the old machine, but when I open it on the new one, there are no photos.

Any advice on how to make this happen? I am not able to sign into my enterprise account on my new computer which im guessing would have been the easiest way to make this work.
