Moving from LR desktop to Mobile

I have had a Photography Plan for several years, but find that I do 90% of my editing on my Android tablet with LR mobile. The full plan doesn't seem to be worth the money any more. If I switch to paying for just the Premium version of LR mobile, will the photos that I have in the cloud still be available? How about the user presets that I have saved?

Yes, the existing photos and presets should still be available provided that you retain the existing Adobe ID, i.e. change the existing plan, rather than cancel it and start a new plan with a different Adobe ID.
