Moving Lightroom catalog from Mac to Mac

Hello!

I really have no idea how to migrate all my Lightroom library from my MacBook to my company MacBook, preserving all the edition settings, selections, etc. 
I have seen many articles and videos but they all seem to be expired. I have the Adobe Lightroom version 3.4 and the actualization of my Mas is macOS Mojave.
