My access to my Lightroom account is being blocked by an advertisement asking me to sign up for Lightroom Premium.

Have you tried tapping the “X” in the upper right of that dialog?

1. The cellphone is a Pixel 9
2. Android
3. Yes I logged in with the correct email
4. Screen shot is attached
5. It started yesterday
6. It happens when I get to open Lightroom
7. I have tried to restart the app, restart the cellphone
8. I have zero access to Lightroom
9. The only option are to subscribe to Lightroom Premium

• Which device and platform are you using? (iPhone, iPad, Android, desktop?)

• Could you kindly confirm whether you have logged in using the correct email address associated with your active CC Photography plan subscription?

• Can you share a screenshot of the advertisement/prompt that's blocking your access?

• When did this start happening, after an app update, or did it appear suddenly?
