My account don't have backup

I uninstalled the app because my phone was out of memory, and I thought that when I installed it again, I would have all the photos again, but when I installed it again and there was no old photo of me, I am a photographer and I was very disappointed.

If you had the free app then no photos would be backed up to the Cloud. You would need to restore from either an Apple or Android back up.

If you had a Lightroom subscription then photos should sync to your phone from the Cloud.
