My denoise will not work, Lightroom version 8.4

I’ve cleared the cache, my gpu is fine, I have deleted and redownloaded, it used to work and now simply doesn’t. It gets to 10% and just vanishes without any effect and only occurs on this AI feature.

    Upgrade to Lightroom 9.4.1 if you can.

    If can give a few more details like PC/Mac Model and operating system.

    Plus, file type and how the photo was imported into Lightroom.

     

    Then hopefully a member of staff, or the community, may be able to assist you further.
