My Lightroom just went black on the monitor. I would like live assistance.

Go to the Help Center using the link below, and you should find a chat icon in the bottom right corner. When you click on it, it starts a chat. Typing the word “agent” should bypass the automated responses.

We’d need to know more about your system - operating system, Lightroom version, etc. The easiest way to do that is to go to Help menu > System Info.
