My Lightroom keep ask me to buy now

I have experience Lightroom disable due to it keep ask me to buy now.  But I have already paid for Creative Cloud and everything else work fine except Lightroom.  I am using Macbook Pro and iPad Pro, both device experience the same.  I have already tried reinstall but problem not solve.  Do anyone else get this problem?  Thanks.

Which plan have you purchased? Or did you first purchase from the App Store for iPad only?

I tried nothing was solve.  I have contact Adobe customer service, but they said the company I purchase the subscription does not icluded Lightroom CC or mobile which clearly isn't the case as the package show included.
