Hi, today I openned my lightroom then it's required to sign in again (seem my account was forced log out) . and then i logged in, unfortunately all my photos and the presets was gone. The files that i saved on my local phone also gone. I thought it's happened because my trial used was end, so i decided to purchase the premium member and wondering my photos can come back. But it's never happend 😞

does anyone know how to fix it or anyone know how to recover my files back ?

thank you.

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties.

The most likely (and most common) cause of this issue is that when you signed in again, you used a different Adobe ID than you had previously. Review your IDs carefully and make certain that you have checked all Adobe IDs you may have used recently.

The next most likely cause is that between using the previous time and the new sign-in occurrance, you've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. If you were in an unsynced state (not subscribed or subscribed but not fully synced) it would result in the behavior you are seeing.

I'll add a "me too"

In case it's affecting Lightroom Classic as well, I'll have to remember to unplug the MacPro and make an extra backup of the un-synced catalog.
