My Lightroom mobile yearly subscription which I paid for shows up as expired everyday.

I renewed my Adobe Lightroom mobile annual subscription March 2024 And ever since then, my account has been EXTREMELY unusable.. Every day it says that my subscription is expired Every time I log in from my iPad Pro, and I am unable to access the premium features, When in fact, I paid $50 for the annual subscription via App Store. Initially, in the beginning, I would try to restore my purchases through the app and sometimes it does work but last no more than one day. And I continuously did that for months, Fast forward seven months. I am now unable to restore at all. I have contacted Adobe multiple times. No one has done anything. This is really upsetting as Lightroom mobile is part of my workflow. I have also reached out to Apple and never heard anything back. This is my last attempt to get it fixed, and hopefully someone can reach out and help. Otherwise this has been a complete waste of my money.

...and in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT

I tried talking to 2 different agents, the first one left the chat without saying anything and the second agent couldn't help me out and advised I reach out to Apple.. This is really upsetting. I guess its time to look into other editing Apps/Programs.
