My Lightroom update (8.0) has stopped working properly

Mi actualización de Lightroom (8.0) Ha dejado de funcionar correctamente

Descargue la nueva actualización hace como una semana y al abrirla tarda demasiado en abrir y despues al querer hacer edición con mascaras especificamente en las mascaras se queda congelado y no abre ni cierra la aplicación. Revise si era complatible con mi ordenador y es compatible, abro otras aplicaciones como Photoshop, Indesign o Illustrator y funcionan perfectamente las nuevas actualizaciones.

Tengo unas 1,500 fotos subidas a la nube de Lightroom, no se si sea por eso.

Hi there,

 

We're sorry for the trouble. Are you seeing this with all the images in Lightroom or with some specific ones. Also, what machine you are on now (Windows or macOS). Please check how much free space left on the Hard drive. You should have at least more than 20 GB free space to run Lightroom smoothly. You may try uninstall Lightroom, restart your computer and reinstall it via Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app and check if that helps.

Hi! The problem continues, I try to upload the windows and goes a little
better but not too much. I have 359 GB free and I don't know what more do,
I tried what you said and nothing's happened so if you can help me and
thanks you for your time.
