My Lightroom web is out of tools; it has no tools to edit. Why?

I had done everything, restarting the cache. i use Linux; I can't use the software version. I rely on the web. i pay for this and this happens to me :((

What operating system are you working on? What exact version of Google Chrome are you working on?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please test if resetting the Chrome browser helps.

in the firefox it opened the tools, whyyyyyyy??? please adobe le me use the tools on the chrome too.
