My LR mobile app stopped working on my iphone 6s

I am running the latest versions of Lightroom CC 2015 on a macbook and LR for mobile app on my iphone 6s which I use to upload edited/synced photos to Instagram. On Saturday, my synced photos stopped appearing on the mobile app and I have not been able to figure out why. I deleted the LR app from my iphone and reinstalled it. Now I can't seem to sign in to the LR app on the iphone -- it just perpetually loads. Please help!!!

Do I need to delete and reload it

The message on screen is Cannot launch the application.

Hi, I need the help as during forwarding few Pictures from my Mobile apple i 13Pro the function stopped and there is a message on black screen 'Cannot Launch ther application".

How can in be functional now. Not able to function the Lightroom with my Mobile app.
