My my products are not working

Question

Hello I’m setting up my computer it is a Mac 5pro chip but I’m having a little trouble uploading presets if I load less then 10 at a time it is ok but if I do more it looks like this
There all xmp files

The ten priests r working but when I do it again Lightroom crashes and restarts

This is what I am going to do I installed Lightroom cc n photoshop I’m going to leave Lightroom on so everything can sync n I will try again tomorrow

Ok I waited 24 hours it says everything has since but I have missing photos that put in the cloud

Does this happen with a specific preset or a group of presets? Did you create these presets in an older version of Lightroom, or did you download them from the Internet?
