My photos disappeared after syncing Lightroom

My photos disappeared after syncing Lightroom. These were for a client. Contacting support is impossible. Not only did their product cause a disaster, I can't reach anyone that can help. The customer service is incompetent and nonexistent, which is even worse than the issue I needed support with.
