My Portfolio has disappeared!

There isn't a section for My Portfolio, so my apologies of this is not the correct place.

 

When i put in my Portfolio address it goes to a 404 page 'Something went wrong - Page not found'. Can anyone point me in the direction of where i can start to get this looked into?

 

I have used it for months and have loads pf photos on it - all beautifully laid out.

Same. My all portfolio works disappeared..

Log-out and log-in to Portfolio with your PAID creative cloud ID and password

 

Failing that, submit a ticket directly to the Portfolio Help team.  Keep in mind that many people are on Christmas holiday until after the new year.

I was editing my portfolio and it was almost finished. Five pages with a lot of content and copy, a week of dedicated work in it. Out of the blue I received a screen with the message 'till next time, you are unsubscribed'. ???? Since one and a half day I' m explaining what happend to the helpdesk. There must be a back-up somewhere to get it back, atleast give me some clarity?...  I still hope I can come to you with good news 🙂

I have to turn in my portfolio as a school project for the end of the semester tomorrow and mine disappeared as well! I've contacted Adobe help to hopefully sort this out. This doesn't produce much faith in the service.
