My Presets have disappeared

Hello! Hoping someone here can help me. In the last 3 weeks my own presets that I have bought have disappeared from my Lightroom. Any idea why this is happening and how I can get them back?

I got a new phone and I can't figure out how to get my presets back and i signed in to my account 😩

Hi, Sorry you're having trouble. Unfortunately, your images and presets are not synced with a free account, so they may be lost. You may be able to recover your images if you have a backup of your phone. Your presets may be recovered if you contact the place where you got them. I hope that helps. /rs

Hello! I'm having a bit of trouble. I usually edit photos on my iPhone, but I've recently signed in on my iPad and no presents or photos are there. Would I have to re download presets????

Do you have the 'Free' version, Premium version, or subscribe with Adobe to a Photography Plan?

The 'Free' version does not have cloud storage or cloud sync capability. Images and Presets are stored with the App and do not sync. Do NOT uninstall or upgrade, without a phone backup, otherwise all is lost!

Sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know which version of Lightroom are you using?

Unfortunately with a free account your images and presets are not synced to cloud storage and they may be lost if you reinstall the app. Or if you install Lightroom on a new device, the presets will not be there since a free account does not sync.

You may be able to recover your images if you have a backup of your phone that you can restore onto your device. Otherwise, you will need to recreate your presets, or re-import the presets if you purchase them from a 3rd party. I hope that helps.

This is exactly where I'm looking 😞 3 weeks ago they were gone so I deleted the app and somehow got them back but lost quite a bit of pictures. Then the presets were back. I just used them 4 days ago on Monday and now I went to use them and they are gone again 😞 I tried deleting the app again but this time not back.

Are you using the free version? If you use the free app, then the last thing you should do is delete the app and install it again. The free version does not sync to the Adobe creative cloud. It stores everything locally. And if you delete an app, you will also delete its locally stored data... The only way to get these data back is by restoring the entire phone from a backup.

Please help me.

I logged out from my Adobe Lightroom and when I logged in back, all my photos and presets have missed. What should I do? Can I get it back? I have free version of lightroom.

And yes, I already checked that the account is the right one.
