My presets won't work after upgrade

Upgraded to LR yesterday. When I now want to use one of my handmade presets for a video file, I get a failure message. Restarted LR and the PC but nothing changes.
Any ideas?

Few of my presets actually work as do the Adobe presets. What has happened and what can I do?
