My Raw Files are Importing as Digital Negatives from My Phone

Question

I uploaded my raw files to lightroom from my phone, and half of them uploaded fine, while the other half uploaded as digital negatives (DNG). I am not able to edit the DNG files on my laptop, because they are incompatible with my laptop's version of lightroom (it is up to date), but I can edit them just fine on my phone. Is this a bug? Or does this just happen when uploading from my phone?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
