My shared album is taking ages to sync photos

Hi,

I am trying to move photos from one account to another account through a shared album and it's taking ages to sync the photos.

I have uploaded 3760 to a shared album and my cloud icon in the top right says 'syncing items' however when i go onto the shared album on my new account (the one where i am trying to move them) there is only 87 photos in there and the cloud item top right shows 'syncing 205 items'.

it has been like this for a couple of weeks now and i'm not sure if theres anything i can do?

also attached the below photo as i have seen a previous post on here where you can filter by syncing photos, however when i do this on my old account it comes up with the below?

would really appreciate any advice on this as i would like to move across all my images asap and not sure what other way i can do it.

It may be worth visiting http://lightroom.adobe.com/ and logging in with your new account details.

Check if there is a sync issues tab on the left.

If there is, you could try to delete any offending items to see if that gets the sync moving again.
