MY SUBSCRIPTION ISN'T WORKING!!!!!!!!!!

I try to recover images, but it says there is not enough room for them! I should have 100GB storage but cannot recover photos less than 3GB? This is an emergency. My client is waiting for those photos. Somebody help me ASAP, please!
