Your Lightroom Mobile subscription is for iOS and Android devices.  If you want to access your cloud-synced images on a desktop computer, please sign into Lightroom with your same email ID for the mobile app at https://lightroom.adobe.com 
This web app is very feature rich and can accomplish a lot of what the full Lightroom Desktop app could do.

If you need a subscription that supports Lightroom for Mac or Windows, you need a different subscription.  Plans that also include Lightroom Desktop are describced https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html 

 

If you subscribe to a Lightroom desktop+mobile plan, please cancel your mobile-only plan!

What app (and Version Number) are you using?

How are you syncing photos?

How do you want to "get access to the cloud"?
